  I have had an okay experience at this movie theater. My main issue with this movie theater was that the people who worked there were not deaf friendly at all, did not provide any services to the deaf and hard of hearing people. I asked for a closed captioning device, and the worker only looked for a minute or two and claimed that the devices are broken. In a business, there are no excuses. There always have to be back ups for when things happen. I warned the worker that it is against the law to not have accommodations for people who are deaf/hoh or people with disabilities. Bad service. Period.
